Painting UF's Campus Salmon Pink and Apple Green

The Iota Lambda Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated was chartered at the University of Florida on May 17, 1975 by a group of twenty-five women. Under the guidance of the Eta Tau Omega Chapter, the 25 Pearls of Distinction enhanced the campus with their spirit of sisterhood, scholarship, and service. Our chapter prides itself on campus leadership, scholarship, innovative programming, and maintaining an integral contribution in the surrounding Gainesville community. Standing 43 years strong, we continue to paint University of Florida’s campus salmon pink and apple green.
